Victoria Perez, O.D.

Dr. Victoria Perez is a native of South Texas. She attended Texas A&M University at Kingsville, where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences. Dr. Perez continued her studies at the University of Houston College of Optometry, earning her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2016. Dr. Perez conducted clinical rotations at Hastings Hospital in Tahlequah, OK, as part of the Cherokee Nation Rural Eye program. Her clinical training entailed comprehensive medical and emergency eye care, including anterior segment ocular laser therapy. Dr. Perez is certified by the Texas State Board of Optometry as a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist. In March 2020, Dr. Perez became the proud owner of Texas State Optical Bandera. Within the first year of ownership, she received Texas State Optical's Platinum Practice Award for providing superior services to her patients and their community. Dr. Perez takes pride in her independent office and strives to provide a uniquely personalized optical experience with advanced technology. With a caring personality, she ensures every patient's needs are met, creating a strong sense of belonging within the TSO Bandera family. A member of the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association, Dr. Perez is proud to be a part of San Antonio, providing advanced comprehensive eye care while maintaining a caring relationship with her patients.
