I had an issue with my lens, and the staff were more than happy to assist.
The staff is pleasant and respectful. The doctors explained things in a matter that anyone understands. No pressure to buy your frames there although they have an extensive selection.
I really appreciate not being upsold or pressured into doing or buying anything. They worked with my budget and make my experience amazing.

I've been going to this location for 2-3 years and can't say enough great things about the staff. They are highly professional, friendly and incredibly credentialed and knowledgeable. They discuss in terms the lay person understands. They linked me to an eye surgeon whose clinic is state of art.
